Ronda Cross, 51% Owner, Chief Executive Officer has 10 years of experience as steel fabrication Project Manager and 5 years of experience as a general contractor Project Manager.

Tom Ball, 49% Owner, Vice President has 25 years of experience in the steel industry. Tom has worked in the shop fabricating steel, in the field installing steel and in the office as a Project Manager and a Vice President and General Manager of another large steel fabrication company.

Scott Gabrielson, Senior Project Manager & Estimator has 20 years of experience in steel fabrication. Scott has a degree in mechanical engineering and has experience as a Project Manager and estimator as well as a shop supervisor and a steel detailer.

Matt Montgomery, Shop Superintendent, has 28 years of experience in steel fabrication. Matt has worked in every position in the steel fabrication shop as well as previously owning a steel fabrication and erection company.

Big C Industries’ Shop Superintendent, Matt Montgomery doesn’t stop working when the workday ends. He spends extra hours outside of work assisting the local community college in preparing students for “real world” steel fabrication work.
